XC7Z010, SoC PCB design with FPGA IC

The board features the design of the Xilinx (now AMD) Zynq-7000 series XC7Z010 SoC chip in a FBGA package. The sketch shows a high-density BGA package, DDR3 memory interface, power/ground connections, and signal routing. The Zynq-7000 is an SoC that integrates ARM Cortex-A9 processor cores with FPGA programmable logic. XC7Z010 Features: 28nm technology, 28k logic cell DDR3 support, integrated Ethernet, USB, and GPIOs. Power consumption is low (typical 2-5W, depending on usage). Applications: Optimized for industrial IoT, embedded vision, and motor control. Those familiar with FBGA design and coding will know that it's very challenging, and the application areas are generally industrial solutions. Projede, OZK tarafından Kicad ile tasarlanmış nau88c22 ses entegresi ve bir driver katmanı bulunmakta aşağıda paylaşacağım örnek bir ses  devresi üzerinden ilerliyoruz. Temel kavramlar: örnekleme, bit derinliği, bit hızı      Örnekleme frekansı (sample rate) Ses dalgasını saniyede kaç kez ölçtüğün : 8 kHz → telefon konuşması 44.1 kHz → CD kalitesi 48 kHz → çoğu profesyonel video / ses prodüksiyonu 96/192 kHz → “hi-res audio” tarafta Nyquist’e göre, örnekleme frekansı en yüksek frekansın en az 2 katı olmalı. İnsan işitme bandı ~20 kHz → 44.1 kHz buradan geliyor. Whether you use it for drones, FPV or RC vehicles, this card has a strong design and engineering approach behind its compact structure. We are generally very selective about sharing project files. However, we do not hesitate to present some of our cards, including their schematics, openly, as long as they are not against the public, do not require intensive R&D processes and we see the benefit in sharing.
